WE STARTED 208 AS OPERATORS WHO HAPPEN TO BE MARKETERS.

We’ve run businesses.

We’ve dealt with the same pressures, tradeoffs, and decisions you’re dealing with now.

That’s why we approach things differently.

We don’t separate marketing from the business itself.

We look at how everything works together, how you show up, how you sell, and what actually drives people to choose you.

Because if it doesn’t hold up in the real world, it doesn’t matter.

WHAT WE DO

THE TEAM

ROBERT GENOVESE

Robert thinks like a strategist, moves like a marketer, and works like a partner. Over the years, he's helped brands across hospitality, tech, food, fashion, and beyond navigate growth, repositioning, and moments that required getting it exactly right. His focus is making every decision feel smart, creative, and grounded in truth, not just what sounds good in a deck.

As a former business founder and operator, Robert knows what it actually takes to build a brand from the ground up, not just the strategy, but the daily decisions that either compound or cost you. That experience shapes how he works: practical, clear-eyed, and always focused on critical details. It's what brought him to found 208 and shapes everything the studio does.

BRIAN WALTERS

Brian has spent over 20 years at the intersection of art direction, design, and creative strategy—working across fashion, hospitality, luxury, and automotive to build brands that hold up under pressure and over time. His background in trend-sensitive, fast-moving industries sharpened an instinct for what lasts versus what just looks good right now.

Ideas come fast. Execution is purposeful. Brian believes the best creative work happens when you generate quickly and build carefully—sharp, culturally grounded, and made to last. It's what brought him to 208—and shapes everything the studio does.
